Directions for use
For children 1 - 3 years: take 1 capsule per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Twist or snip off tail or pierce capsule and add to food, drinks or serve on a spoon.
4 - 8 years: Chew 1 capsule per day
9 - 13 years: Chew 2 capsules per day
14+ years: Chew 3 capsules per day.
Under 12 months: On the advice of a healthcare professional only.
Capsules should be chewed and not swallowed whole.
